Your role 
We are looking for a Strategic & Tech. Product Management Intern who will join the team responsible for managing luxury eyewear brands, renowned for their quality and craftsmanship. This role will specifically focus on a licensed brand.
The role is based in Agordo, but with a hybrid nature, encompassing both technical support activities related to the product line and strategic responsibilities in collection development. The position will involve constant collaboration with the team based in Milan. 
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

 

Main responsibilities: 

Actively participating in various stages of product development, including benchmarking, briefing, and selection of new collections. Assisting in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data, including the creation of ad hoc reports as needed. Supporting the preparation of materials for training sessions and internal meetings. Collaborating closely with international product and commercial teams across regions, including Italy, the US, and Asia.  Management of the physical eyewear samples, ensuring they reflect assortment updates. Management of various projects through their different development stages: from stylistic design to CAD design, prototyping, and industrial launch, while handling and updating product information using the dedicated PLM tool. Handling daily operational tasks such as shipping, eyewear registration, and more, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.


Main requirements:

Creativity, proactivity, curiousity, diligency and openness to others; Willing to work in a team  You are a quantitative analysis lover and true Excel addict Flexibility in managing both quantitative tasks and more hands-on activities. You have a Master's Degree in STEM or Economics faculties. You speak Italian and English fluently
