Helping us become WARC’s #1 Specialty Retail Agency with groundbreaking work recognized by Adweek, ANA Reggie Awards and Effies. **Overview** Strategist, Commerce Experience **OVERVIEW** The Strategist, Commerce Experience supports Colgate-Palmolive's media and business objectives by developing commerce plans and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on creating comprehensive commerce strategies to drive shopper engagement across virtual and physical retail channels through activations with retail media networks (RMNs) and third-party vendors. The candidate will also partner closely with the broader Commerce Experience team to collaborate on commerce decks, reporting and brainstorms for big idea projects. **Responsibilities** The Strategist, Commerce Experience will have three main responsibilities within the successful planning and implementation of commerce strategies for clients: + Commerce Strategy and Execution + Collaborate with clients, vendors, and creative teams to activate effective media campaigns. + Own campaign execution from start to finish – handling the RFP process, proposal evaluation and recommendation, monitoring performance, and post-campaign reporting. + Stay up to date with RMN and 3P partner capabilities as well as market trends to inform strategy and decision making. + Commerce Measurement + Analyze vendor reports, develop campaign wrap-ups with manager/analytics support, and identify in-flight optimization opportunities. + Coordinate with partner agencies to implement learning agendas and performance evaluations. + Administration + Manage status documents, evergreen files, and Google Drive organization and updates. + Recap calls and meetings to ensure alignment across teams. **Qualifications** + 2–4 years of experience in planning/execution of commerce media (including RMNs, third-party digital, social, etc.) + Proven ability to craft media plans, evaluate campaign performance, and build campaign wrap reports. + Skilled in writing strategic POVs and delivering impactful presentations.Bachelor’s degree required. **KEY TRAITS FOR SUCCESS:** + Self-starter with a passion for commerce, digital trends, and shopper behavior. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
