What you’ll be doing:

Work with Sales to help develop customer facing Partner Portals (Digital Sales Rooms) and assist sellers to execute against a digital strategy to optimize customer engagement with Portals.Maintain Sales Transformation team email inbox, organization of Portal tracker and external Rooms channel in Allego Portal system. Manage seller training and implementation of forms and surveys for customer Portals.Create e-registration landing pages/ static websites for sellers. Manage SFDC Intake Form process, approval, and emails back to sellers.Stay in tune with the latest collateral from Marketing & product updates from Merchandising to help create new panels (sections) for customer-facing Portals.Support campaign creation and implementation of Sendosa gifting program across all verticals.Update reporting data to share results regularly across all digital selling tools. Capture and elevate key feedback to Senior Strategist to drive optimization of tools.

What you bring to the table:

You are passionate about getting it done, delivering for customers, and winning together.Must possess and demonstrate strong communication (written and oral) skills to effectively lead trainings for Digital Sales Rooms and work cross functionally.  .Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight timelines in a fast-paced environmentStrong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrategic thinking combined with ‘on your feet’ thinking; problem solver

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

3+ years’ related experience1+ years’ computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-based applications

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s DegreeMS Office suite proficiencyExperience managing multiple project deadlines, working with multiple partners, and functioning as a key stakeholderProject management experience ranging from planning and design through execution
