Job Summary Supports strategic projects, strategy development, analysis, and planning for the business unit by working with cross- functional groups across the business unit and Company. Prepares and, at times, delivers key presentations to the leadership team. Span of control: 0; individual contributor job. Key Accountabilities Provides support in developing strategic presentations, executive summaries, and annual planning cycle deliverables for the business unit Prepares, analyzes, and delivers monthly business and financial summaries aas necessary Supports the business unit's communication needs as required Supports detailed financial models to support the long-term planning process and business cases for major project/investments Supports and/or leads cross-functional teams to investigate, analyze, and make recommendations on current strategic or operational issues to leadership. Participates in the creation and development of the organization's scorecard and operating plan Serves as an internal consultant to the business unit, as required, to support the overall strategy Researches and prepares internal and external communications and presentations for leadership Acts as liaison for various business unit initiatives, including strategic planning, human resources, communication, and regulatory initiatives Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed Uses continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of job-relevant experience (e.g., in strategy, engineering, finance, and/or business) Other Qualifications
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, finance, business, or related discipline Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
