As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on methods and processes for managing several projects and/or products to meet organizational goals. In this role, you will provide advanced analytical support to make decisions regarding resources, timing, scope, priorities, risks, and opportunities. You will develop processes to enhance coordination with other teams and ensure support of the portfolios.

The Strategy Advisor/Consultant role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Clarify initiative strategic intent aligned to Enterprise Strategic Plan and gain stakeholder buy-inRefine vision and conduct strategic planning/ scoping and guide/ provide insight on designing and implementing a program or initiative.Design systematic and lean management approach through direct engagement with stakeholders. Review and analyze information collected by the teamLead initiative reporting and governance including management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), fulfillment of governance requirements and reporting.Consult with senior management on defining the objectives of projects or products.Lead Portfolio planning and dependency management including management of PI planning and engagement with key stakeholders across business, capabilities, enablers, and other supporting groups.Monitor the maintenance and report on goals and processes for a program or initiative.Refine goals, guidelines, objectives, and timelines for program teams as needed.Oversee retrospectives and lessons learned; establish mechanism to clear blockers/address escalated risks leveraging Portfolio/Program ceremonies.Support synthesis of complex and disparate information into concise insights and recommendations for executive audiences.Support rollout and execution of initiative in alignment with roadmap and engagement with key partners.Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
At least 6 years of relevant strategy and consulting experienceExperience in reporting and governance (including management of OKRs and board reporting)Experience leading portfolio planning and dependency management (e.g., PI planning and engagement with key stakeholder across an organization)Experience providing business insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting and benchmarkingExcellent communication skills and experience working with and facilitating C-Suite level meetings and sessionsExperience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience in Operational ExcellenceExperience working in Enterprise Strategy or Digital Transformation or Enterprise Operating Model StrategyExperience with SAFeDesired Experiences:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master's Degree preferredSAFe CertificationPMP Certification8+ years of experienceExperience using Microsoft ProjectExperience with tools such as Tableau, Jira, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft ProjectAdditional Information
