We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Position Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and data driven Strategy Analyst to join our UK&I strategy team. This role will focus on the analysis and insights that support new strategic ideas and enhance project delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive strategic recommendations, assist in business case development, and provide valuable insights to the wider business including UK&I senior leadership and strategy team. Responsibilities: • Conduct high-level scoping and detailed discovery analysis for new strategic initiatives, contributing to robust business case development. • Collaborate closely with the Strategy Director, Head of PMO, and project managers to ensure data-driven decision-making through insightful analysis • Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights, trends, and forecasts that inform strategic direction • Develop clear and impactful presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimisation and driving strategic discussions based on analytical findings • Assist project managers in tracking project performance through ongoing analysis and reporting, enhancing overall project outcomes People-First Culture: At Martin Brower, our employees are our greatest asset.
