The Analyst will be responsible for gathering data, extracting data-driven insights, and communicating actionable opportunities to fuel strategic initiatives. The Analyst will manage projects and conduct data analyses (including financial reviews, sales and market analysis, consumer/competitive research, etc.) to support the Strategy and Corporate Development team. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement and Enterprise Risk Management Support Gather and analyze data from internal and external resources to provide insights on operational metrics and/or key issues. Prepare presentations to articulate key takeaways and recommendations. Track and report on key efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines Understand organizational processes, functional areas, and capabilities as they evolve through strategic efforts Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation Analyses in Support of Company Strategy, potential topics could include: Sales and market data reviews Sizing opportunities Consumer and channel trends Inputs for business cases
Minimum Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 1+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.

This includes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or in-house tools.
