The New Business Development team is looking for an individual to join their team in support of the Ally Plus product. This external facing role will work hand-in-hand with third party partners to enhance, refine and grow the Ally Plus offering. Take a substantial role in data analytics and reporting, relationship management, operational activities, regulatory requirements, and ad hoc projects to support business line goals and objectives. Working closely with internal matrix partners (Underwriting, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Contract Processing, etc.) on existing and new strategic initiatives. Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.

The Work Itself Work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to complete project management tasksIdentify operating/performance trends via interpretation of business intelligence data and quantitative analysis, while effectively communicating findings to team leadership and key partnersAssist in discovering, evaluating, and quantifying new opportunities leveraging critical thinking skills pertaining to enterprise strategy, profitability, and business line bandwidth usageDevelop both historical and forward-looking analysis in support of current and prospective auto finance partnershipsAuthor and structure high quality PowerPoint decks for multiple audiences, including executive leadership, field personnel, and external partnersLeverage data analytics to identify potential risks and opportunities at a process and product levelEnsure operational stability between external partners and Ally The Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree in related field requiredBaseline understanding of consumer finance principles1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry requiredAbility to perform technical based activities, including data analytics and querying using tools such as SQL and SnowflakeCandidate should possess outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailQuick learner with demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and execute small to medium scale projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material to business line leadershipAbility to work effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlinesAdvanced knowledge MS Excel and PowerPoint

Base Pay Range: $55000 - $95000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
