About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking to hire a diligent and innovative Strategy and Performance Mead to join our Strategy and Transformation team. In this role you will shape and drive the strategic direction and performance optimization of our supply chain organization. This role is critical to supporting the supply chain’s long-term objectives through strategic planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for growth, optimize resources, and ensure that our supply chain operations remain aligned with broader business goals in the fast-paced telecom industry. 

 

What you will do:

Strategic Planning: Define and drive the supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and positioning the organization for competitive advantage in the telecom industry. Define and track OKRs and KPI PIs. Partner with senior leadership to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and sustainability. Performance Management: Develop KPIs and a performance measurement framework; provide actionable insights for operational improvements. Track and measure the performance in order to improve.Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements across the supply chain, using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.Project Management: Lead and support strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance goals and communicate strategy progress to leadership.

 

The skills you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Lean six sigma certified or Agile certified.5+ years in supply chain strategy and performance, ideally in telecom or technology.Strong skills in data analysis (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and project management.Proven experience in strategic planning and continuous improvement. Knowledge of telecom industry supply chain requirements and dynamics.Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.Experience in change management or process improvement roles.
