The marketing strategy & physician marketing intern is responsible for supporting service line and site leaders across the health system to understand their business needs and objectives. This person will help translate service line and site business objectives into system-wide marketing strategies and ultimately actionable and measurable marketing campaigns while working in conjunction with various marketing channel subject matter experts to build integrated marketing plans across channels. The intern will also be assisting the team in building marketing and communications strategies across service lines and sites to identify and implement physician-to-physician marketing campaigns. The intern will gain experience in understanding the patient and physician referral journeys throughout the healthcare continuum. This person will translate service line and site business objectives into system-wide B2B marketing strategies and ultimately actionable and measurable marketing campaigns while working in conjunction with various marketing channel subject matter experts to build integrated marketing plans across channels. Responsibilities:
Manage multiple service line/site relationships across Atlantic Health System’s sites of care including but not limited to: hospitals, physicians offices, ambulatory care settings Provide marketing guidance and planning discussions to service line and site leaders in an effort to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness Collaborate with cross-channel marketing subject matter experts in building integrated marketing plans that address service line/site business needs and objectives Understand the various patient journeys throughout the health care continuum and provide guidance to leaders and marketing subject matter experts in executing marketing/communication strategies Understand Atlantic Health Systems’ Communities- Provide expert guidance in understanding Atlantic Health’s demographic, socioeconomic, and competitive landscapes Provide B2B marketing guidance and planning discussions to service line and site leaders in an effort to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness Collaborate with cross-channel marketing subject matter experts in building integrated marketing plans that address service line/site business needs and objectives Support B2B agency partners in effectively planning out campaigns, including tactics, KPI’s, and creative
