Job Description:
The U.S Technology, Supervisor of Strategy & Planning is responsible for supporting the U.S Technology department in bringing the Technology strategy to life. This role requires strong communication, organizational, & creative skills. The Supervisor will drive greater visibility, alignment and engagement of the US Technology narrative with key stakeholders through critical communication vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a high-level understanding of all technology projects & processes to ensure cohesive communication plans.
+ Partner with internal teams to build cohesive and consistent processes, plans, and templates to influence our comms plans.
+ Drive department organization by assisting with resource and artifact management.
+ Assist in publishing US Technology Roadmaps in a consistent manner.
+ Advise cross-functional teams about the governance process for technology initiatives.
+ Lead strategy and organization for Technology Department internal webpage.
+ Attend monthly governance working team meetings to influence processes and plans.
+ Observe the U.S Prioritization Office triage process, collecting feedback to influence decision making forums.
+ Handle organization of our People Strategy including record keeping and process alignment.
+ Support the Tech Governance process when vital, including taking notes and distributing clear recaps with action plans.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, public relations, strategy, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, marketing operations, or cross-functional project management.
+ Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and social skills.
+ Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
+ Excellent client-management skills.
+ Dedicated, thorough, and adaptable to changing priorities.
+ Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Populo, Adobe, and other strategic planning & communications platforms.
