The Strategies and Plans Analyst supports P&R strategy development and implementation. Develops and maintains artifacts associated with organizational priorities, engagement, Operational Planning Teams, Technical Pilots, and other Director priority initiatives. Facilitates engagement, coordination, collaboration, and execution of Operational Planning Teams, working groups, and Strategy and Planning Branch meetings, including follow-on activities. Provides placemats, infographics, one-pagers, overview decks, papers, and other critical artifacts supporting the development and implementation of MPE policy changes, MPE capabilities and their modernization, and MPE initiatives and engagements. Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies while supporting on-going requirements and capability planning initiatives for senior leader consideration. Advises on how to optimize supporting business processes to help achieve SAF/CDMX’s desired outcomes for current and future initiatives. Drives the continuous refinement of SAF/CDMX strategic planning processes to increase cross-functional integration and improve engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Per section 1.3.15, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Information Technology (IT) expertise and analysis for DoD MPE execution relative to U.S. Code Title 10, 40, 44, and 50. Analyze, develop, coordinate, and/or provide staff action for DoD; Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Department of the Air Force (DAF) issuances relative to DoD MPE.Establish relations for coordination with OSD and DoD Components for participation in appropriate forums relative to DoD Enterprise MPE capabilities. Develop information papers, briefings, analyzes on policy actions impacting DoD MPE networks, cloud-computing, cybersecurity, transport, and data.Work Environment:

Required:
Minimum of five (5) years of related work experienceMinimum of four (4)years of specific functional experience in support of a DOD component.Experience in strategic planning, development and implementation of strategic engagement plans to support organizational objectives and priorities. In depth understanding of DOD operations, structure, and functions., including familiarity with the joint planning process, military decision-making process, joint military operations, command structures, and interagency coordination.Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, organize, and execute operational initiatives.Desired:
Experience in Operational Support, providing support to senior staff in planning, coordinating, and executing operational activities, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management.Ability to develop strategic sourcing strategies to achieve operational efficiencies. • Ability to assess operational risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to operational continuity planning. PMPPreferably, a background in planning military operations or experience working within the DOD to understand the unique operational environment and culture..Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Basic Compensation:
$ 170,000K
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
