What You Will Do **:**
Guidehouse is seeking a strategy and transformation consultant to provide strategic planning, business operations, communications, and executive advisory support.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity, capable of working independently while engaging with senior leadership and other stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes and successfully navigate complex challenges and evolving needs.
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans to help the organization articulate and achieve its mission, vision, and goals.
• Develop executive meeting agendas, communications, high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations with a strong focus on Microsoft Office products.
• Facilitate executive strategic planning client meetings, trainings, events, and workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies through collecting and tracking data.
• Support operation initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Engage with senior executives and collaborate across a large, complex organization to foster alignment and consistency in communications.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, feedback, decisions, project risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Take initiative in a fast-paced environment, addressing challenges, and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
• Support special projects, one-time assignments, and briefings for senior-level executives.
What You Will Need **:**
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans and related initiatives.
+ Domain experience with federal, state, or similar agency focused on transportation security, public safety, personnel security, facility security management, emergency response, threat analysis, and/or law enforcement (e.g., DHS, DOJ, DOD, IC).
+ Previous experience communicating with Senior Leadership utilizing analytical skills to create strong stakeholder engagement.
+ U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
+ This is a hybrid role which requires you to be within a commutable distance and have the ability to work out of Arlington, VA or at a client site in the DC Metro. If located outside of area, must be willing to relocate without financial assistance.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
