What do we expect you to bring?
Graduated from university undergraduate programs, Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, Good command of English, Successful in making effective analysis and creating presentations to support decision-making processes, Advanced level of MS Office programs, Strong communication skills,
How can you make an impact?
Follow up on the necessary system developments of the programs included in the bancassurance strategic roadmap and transformation agenda, Review project analysis documents and ensure that the necessary feedback is given to the relevant units, Follow up and coordinate software development test processes, Evaluate bancassurance business processes together with bank channel managements, bancassurance business development and internal units, identify system improvement and development areas, act as a bridge between the software developer and the user, Provide problem solving support with IT teams related to the projects you are responsible for, Ensure coordination for relevant departments to take action for IT-related errors affecting the bancassurance channel in bank and financial institutions reconciliation, collection, renewal, production, etc. processes and follow up the solution process,
