Responsibilities External Trends and Insights Find diverse external market intelligence resources for monitoring market trends, macros, competition, retailers, analyse all the relevant materials and provide actionable insights & implications to business (Quarterly) Benchmarking across peer companies operating in the Turkey Consumer Goods sector quarterly in terms of financials benchmarked with PepsiCo P&L and in terms of projects that are relevant to our Faster, Stronger and Better agenda Supports annual market and PEP growth forecasting and implications via providing relevant external Outlook Find trends that have future implications for PepsiCo, transform them into readings to transform the organization into horizion 2/3 mindset Deep dives special topics to summarize implications to PepsiCo to LT; Synthesizes and simplifies insights to tell a compelling story that educates and advises the business Support CEO and COS / Head of Strategy in ad-hoc projects Overarching BU Strategy Supports AOP Governance leading Big Rocks scorecard tracking coordinating 20+ employees monthly. Preparing financial summary for LTM & SLM platforms gathering necessary insights. Supports PSP Coordination & Analytical calculations. Also acts as advisor for prioritized business chapters; supporting with insights needed and syncronizing with E2E digitization strategy Supports end to end digitization strategy, working with digital team of teams. Defines working group and Digital Council Agenda, prepares scorecard updates. Acts as main point of contact of Türkiye BU for sector data security topics; cascades BU actions as SME. Business Development Supports partnership strategy & setup Support assessments of categories in specified channels; finding the right partners, analysing them and assessing them in terms of PepsiCo’s partnership expectations that will bring accretive value to the organization and support digital partnership opportunities with all related functions (commercial, consumer, finance, legal, Deployment, etc.) as needed Qualifications Key Skills Digital fleuncy: Understands emerging technologies and digital strategies, business models and ways of working. Applies them to unlock opportunities. Integrates them with existing systems to drive digitalization across the value chain Analytical Acumen: Processes and translates data into insights to make decisions that advance the BU agenda. Leverages benchmarking, quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual reasoning to formulate solutions and recommendations Business Acumen: Understands CPG industry and the complex interrelationships across PepsiCo’s businesses, operations, initiatives, and value chain. Has knowledge of enterprise design models and transformational levers, including financials to drive ROI and make informed decisions Value Creation: Delivers value by proposing models and solutions that drive growth and efficiency Stakeholder Management: Engages and aligns cross-functional stakeholders, including addressing tension points and encouraging diverse perspectives. Presents clear and persuasive arguments to secure buy-in to S&T initiatives and drive speed of delivery.
