Strategy Brand Management Manager

What does a successful Strategy Brand Management Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Manager on the Strategy, Brand Management you will be a key member of the Strategy, Operations and Insights team within Global Brand. You will support the efforts to build and activate a consistent brand architecture and strategy for the full portfolio of Fiserv Brands to drive growth for the business.  You will play a key role in updating the current brand architecture and ensuring the brand strategy is integrated into business strategies and objectives. 

You're a creative marketer who balances creativity, process and critical thinking with a passion for brand and the ability to inspire brand ambassadors. Partnering with global stakeholders across a large portfolio, you'll act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador to drive brand awareness, adoption, understanding and support for the company's primary brand standards and promise. As the leader of the brand's voice and identity, you'll act as an advisor to understand brand market share, make recommendations and build trust within global teams, guiding them on brand alignment.

What you will do:

Drive for excellence in the delivery of brand and marketing functions as part of a Center of Excellence and push to ensure that brand activations, campaigns, and other activities are delivering value at the core of Fiserv’s business and brand value propositions.

Develop, drive, and maintain Fiserv brand standards for primary and sub-brands; make updates, review regularly and create new standards where needed

Maintain and develop brand documentation and conduct ongoing brand review processes; including branding, naming, usage standards, etc.

Partner with legal to manage our trademark portfolio

Drive and support development and updates to all corporate materials, templates, etc. across global brand and sub-brands

Ensure brand voice, messaging and visual identity are consistent across all materials

Partner horizontally and in a matrixed way across the brand organization and within the business units to ensure effective execution of brand and marketing strategies. 

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline

6+ years brand or marketing experience

Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce

What will be great to have:

Brand or marketing experience in the financial services industry

Experience working with all levels of an organization, including Executive Suite
