This Job Contributes to the Company Mission By:
Creating innovative, custom go-to-market (GTM) strategies designed to achieve clients’ growth goals that will influence Company revenue and contribute to profitability objectives.

What You Will Do in This Role:

Manages a portfolio of customers, ensuring the successful operation of their account-based marketing (ABM) platform Understands and translates customer business goals into successful go-to-market (GTM) strategy for customers with varying levels of sophistication and be able to show the value in using industry related technology to drive business impact Develops and maintains positive relationships with current clients through routine engagement of contacts to ensure Company solutions remain top of mind while educating clients on the general market conditions while providing exemplary customer service Develops cross-channel plans across digital media, chat, email, and web customization Identifies and drive efficiency in the operation of the ABM platform by developing best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis Collaborates with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success and Ad Operations to bring customer objectives to fruition Leads training and workshops to enable customer marketing and sales teams on platform operation and ABM methodologies Generates reports for ABM strategy for a portfolio of clients to include tracking and maintaining accurate client records and hit key strategic services milestones using project management and professional services automation software Analyzes campaign data to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance customer programs and position rationale

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Advertising Preferred 3-4 years proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts or projects with keen prioritization and multitasking abilities Required 3-4 years MarTech experience with use of MarTech platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) Preferred 0-2 years Experience with planning and executing marketing and/or advertising campaigns and strategy (ideally digital and display advertising) Preferred 0-2 years Experience with marketing technologies such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adroll, Engagio, Marketo Preferred 0-2 years Experience with an ABM platform Preferred 0-2 years Background in B2B advertising or B2B marketing Preferred 0-2 years Experience with project management software Preferred 3-4 years Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products Required Proven business acumen with a deep understanding and experience with building GTM strategies Experience with program measurement and analytics not limited to campaign performance, audience data, engagement metrics, conversion and cost metrics Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders Effective verbal and written communication skills coupled with solid presentation skills Demonstrate good judgement, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiating skills to make strategic decisions Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment

We are committed to pay equity and transparency in our compensation practices. Salary ranges and additional compensation, including bonuses and incentive pay, are determined through a comprehensive review process.

Base pay offered will be determined on a number of factors including, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location. Our benefit information can be provided upon request.

The US base salary pay range for this position is $85,000—$95,000 USD
