Job Summary The NHE Strategy Consultant is a pivotal member of the Novant Health Enterprises (NHE) corporate strategy and development team. In this role, the consultant conducts detailed research, due diligence, and complex analyses to develop strategic recommendations that support NHE’s growth objectives. The position involves synthesizing various data sources to guide decisions on new growth initiatives. NHE Strategy Consultants must be adaptable in prioritizing projects and open to receiving direct feedback. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of healthcare partnerships, transactions, and growth opportunities. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the healthcare provider and payer landscapes and be highly skilled in financial analysis and projections. Due to the dynamic nature and rapid pace of NHE's growth teams, this role requires the ability to learn quickly, draw conclusions from limited information, and be resourceful in obtaining necessary data. The NHE Strategy Consultant will also interact with senior NHE leaders, necessitating the management of executive expectations and open communication. Experience: Minimum one year in a top-tier management or strategy consulting role. Demonstrated experience in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and/or consulting and managing/facilitating complex teams/projects.
