You Are:

A Strategy Consultant in Investment Management who will play a critical role in advising clients on strategic initiatives to optimize their investment operations, enhance portfolio performance, and achieve long-term growth objectives. 

 

The Opportunity:

·        Leverage your deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends to provide insightful recommendations and drive impactful solutions

·        Collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals, challenges and strategic priorities

·        Provide expert advice on Investment Management functions and process flows.

·        Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management

·        Assist clients in developing and implementing long-term investment strategies and business plans

·        Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with client stakeholders

·        Support the development of new investment products and services

·        Analyze and identify areas for improvement and optimization

·        Recommend and implement enhancements across the value chain to processes, tools and methodologies

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across technology & business. 

 

What You Need:

·        Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience

·        At least 12 years of experience in the financial market and investment management space

·        Strong communications skills to communicate complex strategies clearly and effectively

·        Comprehensive knowledge of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives and alternative investments

·        Strong technology and data management technology, best practices and innovation advancements in investment management, focused on data management, reporting, operational design and CRM. 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below. 

 

Role Location: Remote/Texas

 

Compensation Range:  $162,000 to $243,000

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
