Strategy & Development Analyst II

As a Strategy & Development Analyst II, you will work closely with Revenue teams and XFN partners to guide the strategy, development, and execution of high priority GTM initiatives at Affirm. 

What You’ll Do​

Scope GTM execution considerations for new high priority GTM initiatives, in close partnership with XFN & Revenue stakeholders.

Facilitating strategic decision-making on the GTM rollout approach.

Project manage the rollout of new initiatives, leading regular working group meetings to ensure work stays on track and working through blockers that may be encountered.

Ensuring GTM readiness for delivering on new initiatives, including a contract strategy, value prop, training & enablement, ensuring business systems and tracking are ready, and setting Field compensation plan.

Oversee the development and maintenance of an execution playbook, tailored by segment.

Oversee the rollout of the GTM initiatives, monitoring issues & feedback, reporting on progress, and surfacing blockers to XFN and senior stakeholders.

What We Look For

BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.

4+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategy/business operations functions at a high-growth technology company.

Strong working knowledge of analytical tools, such as SQL, Python and Excel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and graphic.

Strong work ethic - able to take ownership beyond own responsibility and manage timelines/deliverables effectively.

Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Ability to think creatively and critically, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate ambiguity.

Team player, direct, transparent and humble.  

Provide and be receptive to constructive feedback.

Base Pay Grade - I

Equity Grade - 3

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. 

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

CAN base pay range per year: $90,000 - $130,000
