About the team
The Strategy execution team is responsible for turning our strategic intent into tangible actions and outcomes. The team spans across three core pillars.
Acquisition success: Supporting coordination of pre deal activities (including due diligence, M&A process evolution, Transition planning to integration workstreams post deal close), maintain delivery of business thesis and synergy tracking for acquisitions, and closely support target management team post-acquisition.
Strategic performance assessment: partner with finance to track relative performance of product/LOB/engineering areas, generate dashboards for understanding of performance against key strategies across the business
Delivery alignment to strategy: Provide Status updates, risks & decisions to executive team on strategic initiatives, Act as an internal consultancy to problem solve issues slowing or blocking progression towards strategic goals
What you’ll own
Acquisition Ops Analysis: Liaise with the acquisition team to understand synergies driving the investment purpose, working with the IMO for the least disruptive way to track synergies.
Data Strategist: Define data requirements, ensure quality, and manage data governance across teams to drive data credibility.
Insights Provider: Deliver actionable insights, trend analysis, and custom reporting tailored to product, engineering and business needs.
Lead a small, specialized team: To support in Data Analytics and Internal Process Efficiency
Drive visible outputs: Ensure the correct data for project progression is available and tracked, to ensure visibility of progress toward stated goals.
Custom Reporting: Design and deliver bespoke and repeatable reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential risk indicators to strategy implementation.
What you bring
Experience of M&A process and familiarity with corporate finance.
PowerBI and/or Tableau knowledge sufficient to design, build and implement effective insights, providing dashboards and reports.
Employing data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
Knowledge of building complex data models in Excel and supporting applications, i.e. Tableau, PowerBi, etc. (complex formulas, macros, pivot table analysis, etc.)
Manipulate and interpret information from multiple sources to spot patterns and trends in information and to deduce cause and effect relationships.
