We are looking for a great, seasoned Strategy Manager to help define, drive & articulate indigo’s business plans and growth trajectories.
What will you do?
Help shape HP-Indigo’s long-term business strategy – in its current markets and in future markets Indigo intends to enter, Interacting closely with Indigo’s General Manager and top managementIdentify, evaluate and build the strategic justification for new markets for HP Indigo to enterConstruct business forecasts and analytical models for HP Indigo’s entire product portfolio – in support of financial and product planning cycles and for focused strategic projectsAssist senior executives in making effective decisions by generating data based analysis relating to HP Indigo’s current and future business plans and market positioningOwn Indigo’s market data infrastructure: Market sizing and market-share, Market research & Industry trends and provide analysis and insight into significant business trends emanating from Indigo’s own install-base dataWork directly and closely with HP’s strategy functions to articulate Indigo’s strategy, goals and market positions, create standing relationships with main stakeholders and promoting Indigo’s strategic plansWho will you be working with?
We are a small team (in a big organization), with a specific focus on Indigo’s future business & strategy, within HP-Indigo’s Product, Strategy & Business Development group. The atmosphere is fast-paced, agile, open and fun
Who are we looking for?
5+ years of proven experience as a Strategy Manager, Strategic Planner or Business Consultant – personally & directly driving successful C-level strategic planning. experience in capital equipment or industrial markets or as an entrepreneur are a plusKnowledge of market research & data analysis methodologies together with real life business operations and procedures – deep understanding the role long term planning has in day-2-day businessOutstanding intellectual, strategic, analytical and problem-solving powerExcellent communication skills and demonstrated leadershipCollaboration and effectiveness within the company culture – large, fast-pace Israeli high-tech, yet as part of a US corporationExperience in using strategy and planning platforms (on top of Microsoft office) a plus
