Deliver Strategic Initiative Priorities (SPI) and monitoring implementation and measuring resultsDrive multiple types of market research and develop market insights and share implications with executive managementPropose, lead or monitor cross-functional key strategic or operational projects as Project Manage-ment Office (PMO)Lead M&A target screening initiatives, propose themes and strategic rationales, prioritize short-listed targets and drive for the management reporting and approval processFaciliate department head in M&A deal execution (e.g. due diligence, valuation, executive board re-porting, etc.)Support department head or Business Groups in PMI activitiesPerform other duties as required

Master’s degree or above in Business Administration or other relevant field.

Experience /经验

4-6 years of experiences in leading management consulting firms or corporate strategy rolesExcellent strategic planning skills with proven track record of developing complex and compre-hensive strategies.Experiences in Mergers and Acquisition is a plusIndustry experience of healthcare or industrial products is strongly preferred.Fluent English Speaker
