Overview of the role:
Group Technologies and Digital Platforms drives the technology and digital transformation agenda for the group. The Strategy Manager is a very important role to help drive the strategic planning process in Group Technology and Digital Platforms and plays a key role in helping drive the strategic priorities for the function. The role will also help to enable a value-driven approach to driving key priorities, that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and efficiency and applied across all areas of the organization.

Strategy formulation and analysis
Governance and planning
Supports the Technology strategy leadership in the group technology and digital governance process and related activities Ongoing tracking of progress of key initiatives which are part of the strategic roadmap Support for Development of business cases by analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations Implement best practice standards in reporting & governance Support preparation of materials for senior stakeholder reviews
Organizational / People initiatives
Support the Strategy director and HR business partner in Group Technology talent strategy and planning initiatives Monitor progress of impact planning initiatives Support GTDP leadership and HR in relevant people initiatives
