Job Summary:
The Strategy Managing Director is responsible for planning, managing, executing and architecting multi-service line solutions representing all Management Advisory Services (MAS) lines including strategy, finance transformation, operations improvement, and digital transformation. This position coordinates sales, delivery and team growth in the marketplace through the respective service line leads.
In this role, is charged with managing our pursuit, close and service delivery activities, including managing teams of professionals through all potential project stages of diagnostic, planning, solution design and solution delivery include managing engagement economics, accurate status reporting, quality control and legal risks to the Firm. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service and high-quality engagement deliverables. The Managing Director also spends a significant amount of time marketing and networking for new business, including identifying, pursuing and leading new business proposals. In addition, the Managing Director works with Practice Leaders to build and expand services related to core market offerings of the practice.

Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience within operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or solutions delivery, required Eight (8) or more years of experience planning, managing, executing and architecting multi-service line solutions including strategy, finance transformation, operations improvement, or digital transformation, required Five (5) or more years’ experience working within company organizational leadership, C-Suite business or management advisory, required Five (5) or more years’ experience in C- Level client sales, marketing and successfully managing multiple client pursuits and proposal efforts, required Five (5) or more years’ experience in Advisory Consulting, requiredLicense/Certifications:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $200,000 - $260,000
Maryland Range: $200,000 - $260,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $200,000 - $260,000
