As a **Strategy / New Product Introduction (NPI) Black Belt** you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the Motor Grader (MG) strategy, working across all areas of the business to align priorities, execute strategic initiatives, and deliver results. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead NPI programs, manage budgets, and collaborate across Earthmoving (EMD) – without direct supervision responsibilities. **What You Will Do:**
+ Drive the prioritization of all NPI and current production projects, ensuring the right work gets done at the right time.
+ Align overall strategy and keep teams focused on key business goals.
+ Lead NPI programs from concept to execution, making a real impact on product development.
+ Manage budgets effectively to support critical initiatives.
+ Take on special projects that help move the business forward.
+ Provide clear, well-prepared recommendations to leadership, helping shape key decisions.
**What You Have (Basic Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor’s degree (strong preference for an MBA)
+ Experience in **program management** , including leading projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
+ Strong **analytical thinking** skills, with the ability to access data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
+ Proven ability to **influence** across teams and leadership, driving alignment and strategic execution, even in times of uncertainty and evolving priorities.
**Top Candidates Will Have** :
+ MBA
+ Demonstrated **problem-solving** skills, with a track record of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
+ Experience in **process improvement** , optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Additional Info** :
+ Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office work. This is subject to change based on business needs
+ ~15% domestic and international is expected
+ Domestic relocation is available to those who qualify

**Summary Pay Range:**
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
