These problems involve tough strategic decisions, analytical rigour and close collaboration across Uber. For a tenacious truth seeker, looking to unlock the next wave of growth for all 3 sides of the marketplace, this is the team for you. **About the Role:** You will play a critical role in driving Uber’s growth and efficiency across all sides of the marketplace—riders, drivers, and businesses. You’ll tackle complex challenges by analysing data, creating strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketplace thrives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic decisions and have a direct impact on Uber’s success in the region. **Your impact in role:** - Deliver data-backed insights on marketplace pricing and quality that will drive outsized growth and efficiency. - Work in a high performing team and contribute to global thought leadership in this space. - Analyse global product, processes and programs from local ANZ context to support decision making. - Experiment and measure the impact of the strategies that you execute in order to drive continuous improvement across the business. - Work across a highly cross functional and matrixed organisation to achieve alignment on broader strategic initiatives and own critical stakeholder relationships in local and global teams across a variety of the business lines including operations, product, sales, marketing and finance. - Present to senior leaders on key projects, priorities or investment cases. **The experience you’ll bring:** - 3+ years of relevant experience. - Bachelor or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, Maths, or equivalent preferred. - Experience leveraging cross-functional stakeholders in order to manage and execute high-impact initiatives. - Proven data analytics skills: SQL - Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
