Strategy & Operations Manager
**About the Role** As a Restaurant Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving impact for restaurant partners. In particular, you will play a key role in the execution of an exciting pilot program designed to help restaurants grow in new ways. You will be responsible for operationalising, managing, and continuously improving the pilot’s on-the-ground execution. Beyond the pilot, you’ll streamline ongoing initiatives that elevate the overall restaurant experience on Uber Eats, working cross-functionally to tackle complex challenges. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll combine analytical skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action to ensure our restaurant partners are set up for success, both now and in the future. **Your Impact in Role** - Take ownership of the day-to-day rollout and operational management of a high-impact pilot program for restaurant partners. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—such as Strategy & Planning, Product, Consumer and Marketplace teams—to align on requirements, manage dependencies, and maintain seamless execution. - Implement processes for onboarding, support, and performance tracking to ensure participating restaurants maximise and understand benefit from this new offering. - Serve as a local product champion, supporting existing merchant-facing tools and features while continuously seeking improvements that empower restaurants to grow. - Conduct root cause analyses of operational challenges and implement targeted solutions to resolve them efficiently. **What You'll Need** - A proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment. - A hands-on, “get it done” approach—you’re comfortable diving into details and staying agile as circumstances evolve. - Strong analytical and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to turn data and feedback into concrete recommendations. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills. - Comfort with uncertainty and enthusiasm for overcoming new, uncharted challenges. - Not essecntial but a bonus if you have experience with SQL or other analytical tools to drive data-informed decisions and streamline operational processes. We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let’s move the world forward, together. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity.
