**About the Role** We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills and a strategic business sense. In this role, you will manage our Colombia operations and be a teammate in developing initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can greatly impact business and change how people move in our countries. This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment. **What you'll do:** - Work closely with Colombia operations team to grow our business and overcome challenges. - Scope particular problems and derive integral solutions based on robust analysis. - Take big-picture ideas and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes. - Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make projects and plans a reality. - Build and develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams. - Lead projects completely and independently, and become a fierce advocate for crafting business value. - Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment. **What you'll need:** 1. **Education**: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply. 2. **Years of Experience/Industries:** Three or more years of professional experience. 3. **Communication:** Spanish and English proficiency. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner. 4. **Basic Python and SQL Knowledge:** The ability to create simple queries and knowledge of SQL clauses (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) is preferred, Python or R are a plus but not require. 5. **Teamwork:** Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements. 6. **Planning & Organization:** Ability to create detailed project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners. 7. **Data-Driven Mentality:** Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture. 8. **Executional Excellence:** Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards.
