**Strategy & Operations Specialist (Remote)** **Pay:** **$31.33/hr.** **Location:** **Remote** **Shift:** Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, **or** 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Adecco is assisting one of our top clients in hiring a Strategy & Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team remotely. If you're someone who thrives on experimentation, data analysis, and driving business growth, this role might be a perfect fit for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Execute and analyze experiments (SQL, Sigma visualizations). + Summarize key findings and share insights with cross-functional stakeholders. + Focus on growing and managing partnerships beyond food delivery offerings. + Work across multiple disciplines including strategy, product, design, marketing, data science, engineering, and more. + Take ownership of initiatives that create meaningful business opportunities. + Design and launch impactful campaigns; set up and monitor A/B tests. + Report weekly on metrics, experiment results, and build workback schedules. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, analytics, marketing) to help drive subscriber retention strategies. **What You Bring:** + 1+ years of Strategy & Operations experience. + Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new software. + Self-starter with an analytical mindset. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. + Intermediate SQL skills. **Why You’ll Love This Role:** This position allows you to have a direct impact on business growth, working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
