ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Knot Worldwide is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations, this person will work closely with leaders across the Global Marketing team and key stakeholders across the organization, such as Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and FP&A. The Marketing Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Leadership Team with building our Global Marketing strategy and ensuring it is executed seamlessly through improving processes, systems, and partnerships across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations and CMO with building strategic documents, including executive-level decks and memos. Must have experience in building clear, concise, and data-driven business cases. The Marketing Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate will play a pivotal role in improving the Global Marketing Team’s operational efficiency. This will range from helping us drive our strategic planning process, to managing our software contracts and processes, to creating playbooks and programs that allow the marketing team to partner more effectively with partner teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Finance, and Legal. Write clear and concise internal documents, slides, emails, and slack messages to summarize plans, priorities, results, celebrate wins, and more. Drive alignment, inform, and lead change with effective communication. Partner closely with FP&A partners to build and maintain the Global Marketing Team budget. Must be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel. Support Global Marketing culture and people projects, such as planning team offsites, managing talent development trainings, and evolving our recognition programs. Independently identify opportunities to improve team operations through building relationships across the organization and conducting listening tours.SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
4+ years in a marketing strategy or planning role Experience in synthesizing data and insights to develop business strategy; ability to translate strategy into a clear and concise executive-level presentation Strong time management and organization skills; ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to interact and partner with Senior leadership Strong problem solving skills; ability to bring rapid clarity to ambiguous situations, resolving them effectively, communicating decisions efficiently, and enabling teams to move toward implementing solutions. Must be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides BS or BA in Business, Marketing or related field.
