What You Will Do:
- Work across organizational boundaries to integrate strategies, plans, and implementation efforts across complex stakeholder networks and components to create and sustain positive momentum
- Integrate risk management and mitigation concepts with strategy development and implementation efforts while preserving overall organizational objectives
- Optimize component-level workflows and working-level collaboration to make progress against component and organizational priorities, goals, and objectives
- Identify and integrate industry best practices and new concepts with promising application to national security affairs
- Create, refine, coordinate, and implement new methodologies and workflows to augment existing programs and sustain an integrated strategy execution and risk mitigation capability
What You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree
EIGHT (8)+ years of experience in the national security industry or an adjacent federal support
What Would Be Nice To Have:
A Master's degree in business, international affairs, economics, or a similar field
A professional certification in or participation in professional-level strategy and/or risk management coursework
Ability to operate autonomously and independently with minimal top cover and direction
Demonstrated experience building and implementing successful strategies within federal and/or national security-focused organizations
Demonstrated experience with risk management and mitigation concepts, principles, and techniques
