The Team and the Role
Our Strategy & Transactions (“SAT”) team provides core corporate finance services including Lead Advisory M&A, management buy-outs/buy-ins, capital raising, and financial diligence advice. With sector specialisms and a Debt Advisory team, we have a deep understanding of the changing capital agenda. We are the fastest growing team on the island of Ireland, led by two high-profile market-leading Partners. We are looking for Executives, Managers, and Associate Directors with transaction experience to join our dynamic teams in Dublin and Cork. Our success is driven by the caliber of our people, whose exceptional breadth of technical expertise and industry sector knowledge set us apart.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience working in a dynamic team environment. Strong numerical and financial skills with an understanding of financial statements. Prior experience and good knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape. Ability to manage sell side and buy side mandates, structure and negotiate successful transactions. Detailed financial and commercial analysis skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Project management skills and effective time management. Resilience under pressure to meet deadlines.Ideally, you will also have
Relevant analytical or financial qualifications. Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry experience. Analytical approach coupled with strong commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.What We Look For
