Your New Role...

A great opportunity & exciting time to join the EMEA Streaming team look to build on the successful launch of Max and continue its expansion in EMEA. This role will be critical to the success of this key company priority – providing a chance to work with both streaming & international leadership.

The focus of the role is to support the EMEA streaming team across reporting and cross-functional work.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Develop and keep up-to-date operational documentation and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.Work with extensive datasets to facilitate strategic data-driven decision-making.Assist in the rollout of new operational projects and assess their performance.Address any ad-hoc tasks pertinent to the Streaming team's needs.

Qualifications & Experience...

You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.  Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is a mustFamiliarity with data analytics tools is advantageousCapable of working autonomously, effectively managing time, and excelling in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic about learning, collaborative by nature, and motivated to make a tangible impactInterest in Streaming, Media, and Technology

The Internship...

Salary: £28,000Contract Length: 10-12 monthsStart Date: Likely to be 8th September 2024You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

Stage 1: Submit your CV as soon as possible (we will close adverts when we have enough applications). Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue.Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April. Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
