About the Opportunity 

Our Civil Engineering team is dedicated to developing and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. We specialise in drafting and executing civil engineering capabilities for a range of complex, highly technical projects, with a focus on the nuclear and defence sectors. Our work often involves evaluating the impact of extreme hazards such as seismic events, blast loads, and environmental conditions. We don’t just follow standard practices; we apply first principles to better understand structural responses and challenges, aiming for innovative, durable, and safe solutions. Collaboration is key, and we take pride in fostering a learning environment where new methodologies are explored, and out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged. Key Responsibilities\: 

Street Lighting Lead plays a critical, hands-on role in delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions for infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This role emphasises proactive design work, applying technical expertise and direct implementation skills to drive project success. Key Responsibilities\: 

Take a hands-on role in designing and executing street lighting projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes. Manage the full lifecycle of lighting design projects, from initial concept to on-site implementation. Work closely with civil and electrical teams to integrate lighting designs into larger infrastructure projects. Ensure safety and environmental standards are met within all lighting design projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, aligning designs with project objectives. *
