WORK SCHEDULE This is a Non-exempt (hourly) position.

Monday through Friday 8 am to 4pm with flexibility to meet the consumer and/or program needs. Some nontraditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) may be required.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
 

This position will be responsible for having direct contact with our street homeless population and connecting them to services while providing them with basic essential items.The focus of this position is to ensure a person’s served basic needs are being met while the person is experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County and working to build a trusting working relationship to connect them to other services and agencies.This position requires documentation in both the county HMIS system and Pittsburgh Mercy’s Avatar reporting system.This position requires flexibility to work in traditional and non-traditional office settings which could include shelters, homeless “living” areas and other agency sites.This position requires you to be flexible and a great multitasker in your day-to-day schedule to meet the needs of our person served throughout the day.
