Job Description :
Static Analysis with Airbus Methods and Procedures. Minimum of 4 years execution experience on any of the two main Aircraft Primary structures (NCF, Center Fuselage, Empenage,Wing upper cover, VTP, HTP, Door Surrounds, Doors, Pylon) Minimum of 1 year execution experience on MSI, ESI, Hydraulic Brackets static stress analysis Hands on execution experience on GFEM Load extraction , DFEM Creation, Validation and Post processing Hands on execution experience on Metallic and composite primary/secondary structures Strong Fundamentals in hand calculations (e.g. HSB Methods)and strength of Materials (e.g. Brhun) Able to create calculation templates with aid of excel forumla and VBA Macro Exposure to Fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis Exposure to SRM, Repairs static justification and Concessions process Responsible for providing deliverables to specification, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction Responsible for mentoring and training the juniors
