Using our exclusive Total Body Stretch program, you’ll work with clients to address their specific needs and contribute to their physical and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service: Conduct professional and personalized assisted stretch sessions in alignment with Massage Envy’s protocols and the Total Body StretchAssess Client Needs: Evaluate clients’ flexibility and mobility concerns to tailor stretching plans that meet their specific goals. Stay Connected with Clients throughout the sessions to achieve their goals.Build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to continue their wellness journey with you and Maintain Positive Client Relationships:Educate and Inform clients with information about the benefits of stretching and recommend membership options and complementary services like massage therapy or skincare.Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients and team members.Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside massage therapists, estheticians, and other team members to create a seamless wellness experience for clients.QualificationsCertified Personal Trainers OR Licensed Massage TherapistsIf LMT certified: have at least 500 hours of massage therapy school, a certificate of completion, or satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in the state of VirginiaIf CPTs certified: have one year of experience in personal training preferred, therapeutic body work or related field AND a current personal training certification from an accredited program OR a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or similar fieldStrong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, kneeling, and manual stretching techniques.Eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork book of business
