Responsibilities: * Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking * Membership and retail sales * Hire/Manage instructors in the studio * Enforce studio policies and procedures * Schedule and participate in marketing and networking events for the studio * Collect payments and outstanding dues * Help cultivate studio culture * Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. * Proficiency in studio software and retail Requirements: * 3+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience * Strong interpersonal skills are a must * Must be solution-based not task oriented * Strong critical thinking skills * The ability to think on your feet * Strong oral and written communication skills * Marketing experience is a plus * Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * A self-starter + willing to go the extra mile * A passion for health and fitness * Manage staff schedule * Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales * Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
