What You’ll Do
As a Structural Analysis Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Plan and Organize Structural Analysis: Lead the structural analysis at the program level, ensuring compliance with all structural integrity and stability requirements.
Develop and Integrate Structural Requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and document complex or unique structural requirements to support system design and product environment specifications.
Guide Product Design and Structural Integrity: Define analytical methods and create finite element models (FEM) to verify the product’s structural environment, characteristics, and performance.
Collaborate with Customers & Regulatory Agencies: Work closely with customers and regulatory bodies to define certification processes that ensure all requirements are met, and certify results.
Develop Test Plans and Support Execution: Create test plans, support execution, analyze, and report results to validate system performance against specifications.
Drive Process Improvement: Develop and implement new analytical processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design and development process.
Explore Emerging Technologies: Investigate emerging technologies to define concepts for future product designs that meet evolving requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Stress Liaison Support and Customer Support experience.
Strong proficiency in hand calculations for structural analysis.
Extensive experience in aircraft stress analysis and structural analysis.
Ability to support NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with primary aircraft structure.
Familiarity with FEM (Finite Element Modeling) and advanced structural analysis tools.
Aerospace industry experience in both commercial and military applications (737, 747, 757, 777).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay Details: $93.50 to $118.42 per hour
