Actalent is hiring for a Structural Designer with Cold Formed Steel experience.

Description

Perform calculations for cold formed steel, steel, and wood building componentsPrepare plans and details showing design intentEnsure work is done in accordance with building codesCoordinate plans and details with documents provided by other tradesAttend design meetings with architects, engineers, general contractors and sub-contractorsDevelop a close working relationship with the project engineers, project managers, estimators, and BIM teamWorking with fabrication team/manufacturing team specifically with cold formed steel design processes.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00
