Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented Structural Draughtsman to join their team in Cape Town, WC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and become part of a dynamic team where your expertise will be valued.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed structural drawings and designs in line with project specifications. Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret and implement design ideas accurately. Review and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct site visits for measurements and assessments as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and construction practices. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
