Structural Engineer
Position Description: RIZZO International, Inc. seeks a Structural Engineer to perform structural analysis and design for various types of civil structures for our corporate Pittsburgh, PA office. Education Requirements: B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Structural or Civil Engineering The following are preferred for coursework and / or experience of entry level candidates: Experience Requirements: Linear/Non-Linear structural analysis experience with Static & Dynamic systems, including but not limited to: + Seismic time history analysis, + Seismic response spectrum analysis, + Harmonic response & random vibration analysis, and + Pushover analysis. Design of steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete structures: + Buildings, + Building Foundations, + Machine foundations, + Nuclear and Fossil Fuel Power Plants, + Dams, + Culverts, + Industrial facilities, + Piping and Ducting Systems, and + Mechanical Equipment.
