Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This mid-level role involves leading projects and collaborating with a team of engineers and architects to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Be the face and brain of projects, leading a team of engineers and architects to success.Client Interaction: Determine client requirements, lead client meetings and presentations, and manage client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.Design and Analysis: Develop building and planning solutions from inception to completion, focusing on concrete and steel structures.Coordination: Coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designers in preparing drawings and specifications.Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete and steel buildings.Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus. Strong project management skills and experience reviewing contracts.Experience in parking design, post-tensioned concrete design, and managing multiple concurrent projects.Employee Value Proposition:
