A civil engineering and design firm located in the western suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a structural Engineer to their team!

Job Description:

Seeking a Structural Engineer with experience in design and construction of concrete and steel tankage, masonry buildings, concrete structures, steel frame structures (walkways, stairs, pipe supports, etc.), with expertise in water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Provide structural engineering services for a broad range of projectsDevelop the basis of designCoordination of structural elements in support of process designDirect the design team for preparation of drawings and specificationSupport during the construction phase

Requirements:

BS and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experienceSE preferred; open to candidates with SITExpertise in reinforced concrete and steel designExperience in soils and foundation designExperience in temporary structures and formworkExperience in masonry and wood framingAbout Actalent
