Job Title: Structural Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting construction document reviews, planning, organizing, and coordinating structural engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects. You will be engaged in the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects. Additionally, you will prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and wind analyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses and design. Experience in renovating and modifying existing facilities is required, as well as familiarity with computer-aided drafting applications.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to structural engineering design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $195000.00

Travel: There is travel pay at an hourly rate is from when the plane doors close to when they open to 8/hours on their travel days. There is per diem for food and lodging through GSA (Government per diem). $68/day for food (true per diem you get it whether you use it or not.) $110/day for lodging (Example, they need to stay in a hotel to get this per diem NOT an air b&b etc. If the hotel costs $120/day they pay the $10 difference.) This is all on top of their base hourly rate.
Plane tickets, car rental, hotel, uber/taxi will be reimbursed the following month typically within the first week.
