What You'll Do:
Lead and design high-profile structural engineering projects with a focus on detail and precision.Supervise the development of drawings and drafts while mentoring and managing a team of two junior engineers.Utilize your expertise in structural analysis and modeling software, particularly STAAD PRO (or similar), to ensure all designs meet the highest standards.Collaborate with a talented team to deliver solutions that enhance the community and improve transportation accessibility.What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of structural engineering design experience with a robust technical focus.5+ years of experience specifically with MTA projects is preferred.Proficiency in structural design and analysis, with familiarity in MicroStation.A passion for mentoring and guiding the next generation of engineers.If you’re a detail-oriented expert with a knack for innovative structural design and possess the drive to lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you!

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00
