Job Title: Structural Engineer
Job Description

This position is for a Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The role involves working independently on various projects, ranging from structural steel to post-tension concrete, primarily for public and government clients. The structural department consists of about 8 people who collaborate and share ideas but manage their projects individually. Responsibilities include project management, design, calculations, and analysis.

This position offers the flexibility to work 95% remotely. The structural team has a meeting every Tuesday morning, which is the only required time in the office. Additionally, the team enjoys playing golf together on Tuesday afternoons during the summer, providing an opportunity to build relationships with clients and colleagues. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, promoting a balanced and engaging work-life experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00
