Job Description
Seeking a Structural Engineer who has a PE and no less than 8 years of experience. Projects on this team include aerospace, data centers, industrial, pharmaceutical, and clean rooms. The ideal candidate will handle complex structural design and have experience with high-complexity structures. Bonus points if you have blast design experience.
ResponsibilitiesManage engineering and technician staff to complete projects.Coordinate structural design scope in-house and with other consultants.Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.Serve as the primary point-of-contact with clients and contractors for their projects throughout design and construction.Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.Mentor and resource for less-experienced staff and assist with their career development.Attend project meetings and represent the company during design and construction.Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships.Essential SkillsProfessional Engineer (PE) license.Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience.Experience with complex structural design.Proficiency in SAP, Tekla, or Bentley Suite.Knowledge of design codes for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.Experience in managing projects and budgets.Strong coordination and communication skills with other disciplines.Good understanding of architectural, MEP, and civil systems.PE license in the State of Colorado or the ability to obtain one within three months.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum.9 years of progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year; passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year).Leadership abilities beneficial to the company’s future.Experience managing advanced industries projects (aerospace, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data center, manufacturing).Revit knowledge.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $127000.00
They have full-paid benefits once hired on permanently, have their own in house training class going on once a week, provide lunch if you would like to attend. Do a lot of extracurricular events, sporting events, softball basketball, take a company ski-day, take a day off for a put-put masters golf tournament, Thursday afternoon club, etc.
