Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to manage the product life cycle from conceptual designs through production. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales team to design pedestrian bridges and oversee the entire concept to completion cycle. This role requires applying and upholding industry codes and collaborating with sales, production, and design teams to streamline project execution and solve design challenges. The position also involves project management, including schedules and budgets, and requires experience with structural steel and design of steel components.

The position involves working in an office setting with some on-the-floor management, collaborating with the steel fabrication floor. This role offers significant growth opportunities as the company has recently secured new projects in designing and building pedestrian bridges.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
